Thomas A. Tóth von Kiskér, CEO
Thomas A. Tóth holds a degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He has been with the company for more than 15 years starting in Sales & Marketing. In 2001 he was promoted to director of Business Development & Licensing and in 2005 to Director of Corporate Development. On January 1st 2008 he was appointed CEO of Tillotts Pharma.
Mattias Norrman, Chief Commercial Officer
Mattias Norrman set up the Nordic affiliate Tillotts Pharma AB in late 2008. He has been in the pharmaceutical industry for 22 years in various positions. Before joining Tillotts he was Managing Director for Schering in Scandinavia and after the acquisition General Manager for Bayer Schering Pharma Scandinavia.
Johannes Spleiss, Chief Scientific Officer
Johannes Spleiss has 18 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and has been with Tillotts for 15 years. He has headed various departments from Quality Control, Quality Assurance to Clinical Development. In 2000 he was promoted to Clinical Development Director. In February 2009 he was appointed CSO of Tillotts.
Martin Günter, Finance & Administration Director
Martin Günter holds an MBA degree from the "Berufsakademie" in Lörrach as well as a Swiss diploma as an "Expert for Accounting and Controlling". He worked for 6 years as Controller for various midsize companies before he joined Tillotts Pharma AG in 2000. In late 2007 Martin became the Finance Director of the company.
Dirk Reckert, Business Development & Licensing Director
Dirk Reckert joined Tillotts as Business Development & Licensing Director in August 2010. He has more than 15 years of experience in the life science field with more than 12 years in pharmaceutical in- and out-licensing. Before joining Tillotts, he worked for Acino Pharma in Basel, heading the licensing department.
Yves Kesch, General Counsel
Yves Kesch studied law at the University of Basel and the University of Indiana, USA (LL.M.). For the past 12 years, he has been working as a legal counsel for various international biochemical- and pharmaceutical companies, joining Tillotts Pharma in 2010 in the position of General Counsel. In January 2011, he was appointed a member of the Executive Committee.
Hansueli Schaub, Tillotts Services Director
Hansueli Schaub joined the company on January 1st 2002. He started as a Production Manager, taking over responsibility for the operations department soon afterwards. In 2004 he was promoted to Operations Director and became a member of Tillotts’ Executive Committee.
