Since September 1st, 2009, Tillotts Pharma AG is 100% owned by Zeria Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, a leading Gastro company in Japan. We promote our Asacol®, the world’s no. 1 drug for the treatment of IBD, through a network of carefully chosen distributors, licensees and own sales structures in 54 countries. This unique and global partnering network allows us to choose the best Gastro companies in each country and to reach out to the world.

We are constantly and proactively seeking new partnerships in the digestive field. We have established a clear path to partnering, and invite you to explore the combination of your strengths with ours, and the successes we may share.

 Our areas of interest are:

  • In-licensing pharmaceutical products, diagnostic kits and/or cleansing agents (in late development stage (Phase III) or ready to market) in the digestive field. We will consider a variety of collaboration forms, such as co-promotion, co-marketing, distribution/promotion or license agreements 
  • In-licensing early stage drug delivery concepts and technical platforms in the field of Gastroenterology 
  • Out-licensing: We are always in search of the strongest GI partners around the world in order to expand and to maximise our Asacol® franchise in Eastern Europe, Latin America, Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan and Korea), and other regions

Tillotts’ own sales structure:

Half of Tillotts’ Asacol® turnover in 2009 was generated by its own affiliates in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Ireland. Since April 2010 Tillotts has integrated its Baltic commercial operations in to the Nordic organization www.tillottsnordic.com and from September 2010 will start operating in the Czech Republic via its own affiliate organization.
