Thomas A. Tóth has made his studies in economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He has been over 13 years with the Company. He started his carrier in Sales & Marketing. In 2001 he was promoted to Director of Business Development & Licensing and in 2005 to Director of Corporate Development. On 1st January 2008 he was appointed as CEO of Tillotts.

Mr. Haruyuki Takeuchi has been working for more than 30 years at Zeria Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. He began his carrier in the R&D Division. In 1994, he obtained an MBA degree from the Boston University. After his return to Zeria, he was promoted to Director of Licensing in 2001, followed by a promotion to the Board of Directors in 2006.

Johannes Spleiss has 18 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and is with Tillotts since 13 years. He has been heading various departments from Quality Control, Quality Assurance to Clinical Development. In 2000 he was promoted to Clinical Development Director. On 01st of February 2009 he was appointed as CSO of Tillotts.

Dr. Roland Pfeiffer A biochemist by training and holding a BA in economics, Roland started his career at Roland Berger Management Consultancy and then, joined the Pharma industry by entering Byk Gulden (later Altana Pharma, now Nycomed) where he was European Integration Manager for over three years at their headquarters, and Head Business Development at the Spanish affiliate for two years. He joined Tillotts early 2007 as Business Development Manager and was promoted to Sales & Marketing Director early 2008.

Mattias Norrman established the Nordic affiliate Tillotts Pharma AB in late 2008. He has been in the pharmaceutical industry for 22 years in various positions including holding the Managing Director position for Schering in Scandinavia and before joining Tillotts as General Manager for Bayer Schering Pharma Scandinavia.

Martin Günter has a MBA degree at the Berufsakademie in Lörrach as well as a Swiss Diploma as an "Expert for Accounting and Controlling". He worked 6 years as Controller for various midsize companies before he joined Tillotts Pharma AG in 2000 where he took over responsibility for the Finance Department. In late 2007 Martin became the Finance Director of the company.

Hansueli Schaub has joined the company on January 1st 2002. He started as a production manager, and soon afterwards took over responsibility for the operations department. In 2004 he was promoted to Operations Director and became a member of Tillotts’ Executive Committee.

As of 2009 Tillotts employees 115 staff mainly in Switzerland, but also in Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland.
