Your tasks

  • Sell and promote Tillotts products to all healthcare organisations in accordance with the code of practice and take ownership of the sales development of all commercial activity within the specified territory (french-speaking part of Switzerland)
  • Create and work to an ambitious territory strategy that supports the business strategy and goals, implement Tillotts sales and marketing strategy / operational plans, adhere to Tillotts standard operating procedures, attend national and international congresses
  • Remove barriers to access for Tillotts products like identifying and developing robust ethical relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals (HCPs) within targeted hospitals and surrounding locations as well as ensuring Tillotts products are appropriately listed on local and regional formularies (in accordance with indications and guidelines)
  • Prioritise accounts when planning activity , such as agreeing business plans and objectives, account targeting, coverage and frequency of HCPs, co-ordination of local promotional budget expenditure / investment
  • Manage the commercial relationship between Tillotts and our purchasing customers in secondary care

 

Who you are

  • Degree in life science or medical/paramedical area
  • At least 5 years experience as key account manager of rX products
  • Experience in Gastroenterology is highly preferred
  • Certification in sales and communication is a plus
  • Fluent in French and good English skills in written and spoken
  • User skills in MS Office and CRM software
  • Independent, flexible, customer-oriented
