Your tasks

  • Develop, implement and oversee global internal communications strategies tailored to specific business needs in cooperation with your Line Manager
  • Support the CEO as well as the Management Committee in various internal communication activities, such as development of corporate templates, design and coordination of the Annual Report, organization of employee town hall meetings, a.o.m.
  • Create effective content and execute all internal communication at Tillotts Pharma AG incl. supporting its affiliates
  • Work with internal stakeholders at all levels and across all geographies to raise awareness of internal communication projects and drive employee engagement
  • Manage and further develop internal communication platforms
  • Help drive the digital transformation of the company in the area of internal training platforms, digital brochures and other digital activities
  • Support the CEO Assistant during peak time in the organization of various corporate events and projects, such as Summer BBQ, Year End Party, various internal rewards
  • Support HR in their internal communication

Who you are

  • Bachelor degree in communications or similar (e.g. journalism, or related to communications)
  • At least 3 years of internal communication experience in healthcare/PR agency and Social Media
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for corporate communication material in English and good level of German
  • Understanding of healthcare, regulatory and scientific aspects of pharmaceutical industry would be an asset
  • Demonstrated work experience with WordPress, SharePoint, Online and other CMS systems
  • Experience in Digital communication, digital content creation and community management
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), good German skills
  • Strong team-player, natural people-curiosity and a positive hands-on attitude
  • Well-organized, able to work independently on multiple projects and under pressure to a high-quality standard
  • Ability to adopt fast and professional to changing environments
