Manager QA R&D

Who we are

Tillotts Pharma (www.tillotts.com) is a fast-growing international specialty pharma company located outside of Basel employing over 300 employees in Switzerland and abroad. We are dedicated to the development, in/out-licensing and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products in the field of gastroenterology. We successfully market our own products as well as in-licensed products in over 65 countries through our affiliates as well as a network of carefully chosen licensing- and marketing partners. We are engaged in close collaborations with pharmaceuticals research centres and universities.

Your tasks

  • Support and manage clinical trial project in relation with the Clinical Development Department
  • Act as primary contact point for GCP related topics/project as well as for DS/DP development projects
  • Support drug development projects related to GMP/GCP run by the Pharmaceutical Development Department
  • Plan, perform internal and external audits/inspections
  • Contribute to Supplier Selection / Qualification process
  • Coordination and preparation of HA Inspections
  • Review of GxP Documentation
  • Implement and support on Quality Risk Management approach and tools
  • Monitoring of CAPA, Deviation, Change Control, Complaints in the R&D environment
  • Manage and maintain the revisions/compilations of QS Documents (e.g. POL, SOP’s)
  • Training and support of Tillotts’s departments for GMP/GCP topics
  • Keep track on new regulatory guidelines and implement them together with the QA Team at Tillotts

Who you are

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a life science-related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar function
  • Strong GMP and GCP/QA knowledge
  • Experience in DP and DS Development
  • Good in English and German (in written and spoken)
  • Good understanding of FDA, EU and ICH regulatory requirements
  • Flexible and structured team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and a problem solving approach
