Partnering

Tillotts has implemented a streamlined and efficient partnering process through a dedicated committee in order to provide a rapid and thorough evaluation of potential opportunities.

Early in the partnering stage, a dedicated programme manager will join the evaluation and negotiation process and will remain one of the key contacts of the partner after closure of the deal, thus providing a smooth transition for a successful alliance management.

Our key areas of interest are:

  • Pharmaceutical products (in clinical development stage, registration or ready to market) for diseases of the digestive system.
  • Early-stage drug delivery concepts and technical platforms in the field of gastroenterology.

 

We consider a variety of collaboration forms, such as co-promotion, co-marketing, distribution/promotion, licence agreements or M&A.
