RHEINFELDEN, Switzerland, March 5th, 2018
Tillotts Pharma AG (Tillotts), a fast-growing specialty pharma company based in Rheinfelden (AG), Switzerland, is pleased to announce the opening of its new, state-of-the-art office space at Salmenpark in Rheinfelden. The new office will serve as an addition to Tillotts’ current offices in Rheinfelden, Ziefen (BL) and throughout Europe1. The existing office in Rheinfelden will continue to serve as headquarter.
The opening of the new office is the result of the successful implementation of Tillotts’ Vision 2020 which has led to strong company growth over the last decade and a needed increase in the number of highly skilled employees. As the current office space in Rheinfelden reached its limits, Tillotts seized the opportunity and turned a need for extra office capacity into a project with the aim to redefine the way the employees work together and to develop a state-of-the-art office. The new, modern work place solution has been developed and built based on continuous feedback from the employees to ensure that the final outcome meets the employees’ expectations and requirements.
CEO Thomas A. Tóth von Kiskér says, “I am extremely pleased with the new office. It encompasses everything we were looking for and I am sure our employees will agree that it meets Tillotts’ high expectations and uncompromising standards. A modern workplace is crucial not only to maintain our current employees but also to attract future talents and to foster innovation, which is the key to Tillotts’ continued success.”
Around 65 employees from the Tillotts’ operations group will be moving into the new office but with its almost 1400 m2, the new office can host up to 90 employees and thus enables Tillotts to prepare for future growth the best way possible. “With every decision we have made, the aim has been to provide our employees with an environment in which they can prosper, enabling them to develop their capabilities. At the same time, it was vital to keep the office flexible and adaptable in order to enable us to quickly and smoothly accommodate future growth,” Thomas A. Tóth continues.
The new office will not only serve as a workplace for the employees, but also as a “test office” where flexible working zones, design and modern IT-solutions will be evaluated. The implementation of the new setup into the other offices in Switzerland will follow at a later stage. On a longer term, the Tillotts’ vision is to gather all of its about 155 employees in Rheinfelden under one roof and here, the new office setup will provide invaluable feedback on a potential future project.
