Tillotts Pharma AG awarded Great Place to Work® label
RHEINFELDEN, Switzerland, November 26th, 2019 – Tillotts Pharma AG (Tillotts), a fast-growing specialty pharma company based in Rheinfelden (AG), Switzerland, is proud to have been awarded the Great Place to Work® (GPTW) label as of November 2019.
The label is awarded based on an employee satisfaction survey conducted together with GPTW to identify areas of satisfaction and areas of improvement among the employees. Alongside the survey, Tillotts Switzerland underwent a culture audit that is required to be considered for the GPTW label. The culture audit focuses on the HR and leadership practices that create an environment that attracts and retains talent, which is essential for businesses to remain competitive. Based on the results of both the employee satisfaction survey and the culture audit, Tillotts has been certified as a Great Place to Work®.
Tillotts rated highest on areas such as fairness, respect and camaraderie, with 89% of the employees agreeing to the statement, “this is a friendly place to work,” and 87% agreed that “I am able to take time off from work when I think it’s necessary.” Overall, 86% of Tillotts’ employees agree with the statement that, “Taking everything into account, I would say that this is a great place to work.”

Gabriella Schraner, Head of Human Resources, continues, “The survey has provided us with important insights into the honest opinions of our employees in and outside of Switzerland. It has given us valuable information on what to improve and which areas we should focus on to make Tillotts an even more attractive employer. We have always worked on optimising and on employee satisfaction, especially in recent years, and now we wanted to measure ourselves against the best of the best. We will take these results very seriously when rolling out improvement measures shortly.”
With this label, Tillotts will also be in the running for the “Best Employer in Switzerland” award, which will be awarded by GPTW in May 2020.
