Application Process

Standard Application Process

  1. To guarantee a fast and smooth process, please send us your complete application (incl. up-to-date CV, reference letters, certificates and diploma) via email. A motivation letter is appreciated. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation of reception, including our privacy notice.
  2. If we think you could be the right person for the job, we will invite you for a first interview (via phone or face to face) with your potential new supervisor and HR.  Please prepare as many questions as you like and we endeavour to answer them all.
  3. Both sides are still interested in a collaboration? Great! We will invite you for a second round. This meeting also includes tests or tasks to solve as well as in-depth talks and a chat with your potential new team.
  4. You have convinced us? We will create an offer for you and agree on all details. After the reception of the signed contract, you surely cannot wait to start your new job.
  5. The first working day is thoroughly planned to guarantee an easy onboarding process.
